A spacious semi-detached house, believed to have been built in the 1950’s, of traditional brick construction under a tiled roof. Set in a large garden offering ample scope for extension subject to planning permission, and requiring some updating but with tremendous potential to upgrade or re-model. Originally 3 bedrooms, but adapted to 2 with an exceptionally large bathroom, but easily re-configured if required. Located in a sheltered side road within level walking distance of the village green & shops. In our view this represents an ideal home for a professional single/couple, downsizers or a young family.
